Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate with our Supply & Demand Planning department to ensure product availability and optimize production capacity
- Continuously monitor and develop goods flows for international markets
- Provide operational supply chain coordination and communicate with internal teams, customers and logistics partners
- Manage goods and loading availability and oversee loading operations for FCL/LCL (overseas) and FTL/LTL (overland) transports
- Coordinate logistics service providers and collection forwarders and support performance reviews and negotiation processes
- Handle transport management and service provider supervision
- Implement supply chain standards to ensure sustainable quality assurance and assist in developing a supply chain KPI structure
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training (freight forwarding clerk) or a degree in business administration with a focus on logistics, or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the FMCG sector with a focus on inter-/multimodal transport (emphasis on ocean freight)
- Experience in an international environment and in export business, as well as project management experience, is desirable
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- High self-motivation and enjoyment of communication and working with international customers and team members in a dynamic environment
