About the role
- Brand management of our regional brands and development of marketing planning and brand strategy
- Analysis of market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Portfolio management and optimization: launch of new products, line extensions, activations and relaunches, product development and packaging design in collaboration with the Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe
- Development of communication strategy and campaign and media management to strengthen the brands and support product launches and promotions
- Conceptualization and implementation of sales-promoting activities and promotions in retail, hospitality and at events
- Development of brand experiences in event management
- Management of external agencies
- Budget planning, management and control
- Collaboration and coordination with other departments within the Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in brand/product management, ideally within the marketing department of an FMCG company
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaign and media management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with MS Office programs and SAP
