About the role
- Assist with monitoring and ensuring compliance with our quality standards
- Evaluate and interpret chemical-technical analyses
- Prepare and process chemical-technical samples from all areas of production
- Perform various analyses according to MEBAK, e.g., water, malt and wort analyses
- Determine and measure final attenuation levels and fermentation by-products
- Conduct beer analyses in the filtration and packaging/filling areas
Requirements
- Completed secondary school qualification (Abitur/Fachabitur) or advanced/ongoing studies in Brewing Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology or a related field
- We welcome applications for the internship as orientation after secondary school, as a preparatory internship before university studies, or as a practical semester
- Ideally, initial practical experience in a brewery or with another beverage producer
- Independent, reliable and conscientious working style
- High flexibility and a strong willingness to learn
- Very good MS Office skills
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
