About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the leader to develop territory strategy and achieve Sephora sales targets and year-over-year growth
- Partner on freelance staffing aligned with retail target achievement
- Plan and execute territory event door strategy and call cycles
- Track sales and training performance and communicate opportunities to leadership
- Participate in bi-weekly and monthly business meetings
- Maintain calendars, travel and expense budgets, sales recaps, event recaps, store visit recaps, schedules, travel bookings, and other administrative responsibilities
- Maintain strong communication and partnerships with the team
- Address and resolve store-level challenges diplomatically
- Participate in product training webinars, in-person trainings, and education-focused events
- Implement sales and training support tools for product launches and in-store visits
- Facilitate follow-up training and side-by-side selling sessions with freelancers
- Support elevated training opportunities with the leader and Education team
- Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
- Maintain 90%+ productivity across territory doors
- Provide sales support training to freelancers and help them achieve sales targets
- Plan and execute in-store events and elevated brand experience events
- Communicate store-level feedback
- Maintain merchandising standards and execute in-store activations
- Conduct business reviews with retail partners and negotiate training and event strategies
- Manage out-of-stock and visual merchandising needs with retail partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of beauty industry experience or equivalent relevant qualified experience
- 1+ years of experience managing a multi-door, multi-retailer territory
- 1+ years of retail sales and training experience in a Sephora environment
- Proven strong relationships within the Sephora retail environment
- Valid passport and ability to travel within the region 80% of the time
- Knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, clinical techniques and procedures, and business terminology
- 1+ years of Sephora EDU portal OLR/scheduling experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; minimum of 3 Saturdays and some Sundays per month
- Superior selling skills and proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Effective training skills that deliver consistent sales results
- Proven ability to build relationships, drive sales, and provide outstanding customer service
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and with a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Professional and diplomatic communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to quickly learn and use new technology
- Multilingual preferred
- Proof of insurance, current and valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
- Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
