Product Manager

• Lead the product strategy for AI-driven personalization across channels (site, email, SMS, loyalty, and marketplaces)
• Develop and launch guided shopping and recommendation experiences powered by machine learning
• Partner with data science to translate algorithms into customer-facing features that improve relevance and conversion
• Evaluate customer journeys and identify opportunities for automation and tailored engagement
• Collaborate with CRM and Engineering to integrate personalization into marketing campaigns, post-purchase flows, and membership experiences
• Create business cases for personalization initiatives, measure impact with KPIs (conversion, AOV, LTV, retention), and iterate to optimize results
• Research and benchmark competitors, AI tools, and personalization technologies to ensure Paula’s Choice remains at the forefront of innovation
• Break down business requirements into user stories, and work with engineering to deliver high-quality product experiences
