About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete accurate and timely estimate and documentation reinspections through our main technology platforms
- Document findings and share with Claims Force leadership and franchisees
- Communicate directly with Claims Force leadership and franchisees
- Coach team members and franchises on opportunities to improve their estimating and documentation performance
- Provide assistance to franchises on estimating requirements and claim expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field
- 5 plus years’ experience with industry estimating/estimate review/estimation
- Xactimate and/or Cotality Level 1+ certification
- IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT certifications actively held
