• Evaluate the AI pilots we're currently running with industry vendors, identify what's showing promise, and accelerate the ones that do
• Build working pilots yourself using modern tools like Claude Code, LangChain, LangGraph, and whatever else ships the fastest honest result
• Integrate AI workflows with our existing estimation and job management platforms through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
• Orchestrate multi-step AI workflows with real validation, retries, and human-in-the-loop safeguards so field teams can trust the output
• Design the data pipelines, vector databases, and RAG systems that power the whole thing
• Partner with IT and data teams on secure, compliant deployment
