About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure consistent quality of estimates reviewed and/or written by the Claims Force team
Complete accurate and timely estimate and documentation reinspections through technology platforms
Focus on estimate, documentation, and commentary audits for specific job types
Document findings and communicate with Claims Force leadership and franchisees
Coach team members and franchises on opportunities to improve their estimating and documentation performance
Collaborate with carrier contacts to ensure alignment with contract and guideline expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field
5 plus years’ experience with industry estimating/estimate review/estimation
Xactimate and/or Cotality Level 1+ certification
IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT certifications actively held
Subject matter expert-level knowledge and performance excellence within the insurance industry
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
