About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure consistent quality of estimates reviewed and/or written by the Claims Force team
- Complete accurate and timely estimate and documentation reinspections through technology platforms
- Focus on estimate, documentation, and commentary audits for specific job types
- Document findings and communicate with Claims Force leadership and franchisees
- Coach team members and franchises on opportunities to improve their estimating and documentation performance
- Collaborate with carrier contacts to ensure alignment with contract and guideline expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field
- 5 plus years’ experience with industry estimating/estimate review/estimation
- Xactimate and/or Cotality Level 1+ certification
- IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT certifications actively held
- Subject matter expert-level knowledge and performance excellence within the insurance industry
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
