Requirements

What you’ll need

Restoration (Xactimate/Symbility) experience required
Proficient with a variety of current technology (Xactimate and/or Symbility)
Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
Background check and drug test required
Previous estimating experience (ex. Xactimate) is welcomed if willing to continually learn within the industry.
Industry certifications, including IICRC and Lead preferred.
