About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and grow commercial accounts within your territory
  • Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship development
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance agents/adjusters, commercial real estate professionals, and other key referral partners
  • Maintain consistent in-person meetings, site visits, and networking activity
  • Identify opportunities for emergency restoration and reconstruction services
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales process
  • Represent Paul Davis professionally in the community and at industry events
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Maintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and reporting
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience
  • Experience in restoration, reconstruction, construction, commercial services, roofing, facilities management, or insurance-related industries preferred
  • Existing relationships within commercial property management, insurance, or facilities industries is a plus
  • Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales goals
  • CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally within territory
