About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Technical expert for the talent, performance and learning applications of HR Technology
  • Primary owner for integration and security requests
  • Provide day-to-day support for multiple Workday applications to internal business partners and end users
  • Independently manage Workday projects and coordinate with HR functional teams
  • Support internal and external Workday integrations
  • Partner with respective functions and key stakeholders to understand system requirements and advise solutions
  • Actively participate in Workday Community and networking events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR technology, strongly prefer Workday certified
  • 3+ years of technical experience in Workday and experience in one or more of the following Workday applications: HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Talent
  • 1+ year of experience with integrations and security in Workday
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Human Resources, Business or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
