About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of new hire onboarding for new sales professionals
  • Maintain frequent contact with them and their managers during their first 90 days to ensure early success in the field
  • Design, develop and deliver training programs in-person, live online, and on-demand training programs covering sales process, product knowledge, tools, messaging and role-specific skills
  • Create, maintain and update training materials, playbooks and job aids, and regularly review overall training programs to improve engagement and outcomes
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with business strategies
  • Monitor and measure training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics and feedback loops; track new-hire progress to identify opportunities to accelerate and improve onboarding
  • Support additional Sales Enablement and Training initiatives as needed
  • Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Sales, Training, or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
  • 2 years sales training, sales operations, sales enablement or frontline sales role
  • Experience working in a B2B sales environment
  • Experience delivering training or enablement programs to sales audiences
  • Frontline sales experience (preferred)
  • Dental industry experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM, Workday and/or Seismic platforms (preferred)
