About the role
- Execute strategies within the Dental Strategic Accounts markets
- Gather market and competitive intelligence to influence strategic direction
- Manage customer portfolios and high value partner relations
- Lead a team to deliver contract requirements within the customer account portfolios
- Support onboarding of new and existing customers
- Prepare and deliver Quarterly and Annual business reviews per customer needs
- Develop and analyze reporting and KPI for internal and external presentations
- Facilitate customer account needs
- Grow existing customers through identifying customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, economics, finance or related major or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience in business-to-business sales model
- A strong business acumen, and a demonstrated ability to lead
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, negotiating and execution skills
- Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals
- Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented attitude
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
