About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute strategies within the Dental Strategic Accounts markets
  • Gather market and competitive intelligence to influence strategic direction
  • Manage customer portfolios and high value partner relations
  • Lead a team to deliver contract requirements within the customer account portfolios
  • Support onboarding of new and existing customers
  • Prepare and deliver Quarterly and Annual business reviews per customer needs
  • Develop and analyze reporting and KPI for internal and external presentations
  • Facilitate customer account needs
  • Grow existing customers through identifying customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, economics, finance or related major or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience in business-to-business sales model
  • A strong business acumen, and a demonstrated ability to lead
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, negotiating and execution skills
  • Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
