About the role
- Creates and captures value using innovative pricing strategies
- Prices products effectively, from vendor to customer, to retain existing customers and bring on new ones through requests for proposals and bids while maintaining profitability
- Provides reporting and business analysis for customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative and constantly changing environment
- Independently migrates through complex systems and data with little training
- Simultaneously manages multiple high-level projects
- Works closely with the divisional team to analyze current prices and determine strategies
- Utilizes deep data analysis methodologies to identify alternative pricing approaches in the market
- Maintains pricing database with the divisional team to support pricing activities
- Brings outside professional knowledge and best practices into the organization to further advance the differentiation and efficacy of the pricing approach
- Performs special projects and ad-hoc reporting as new business opportunities and challenges warrant
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business or related field
- 3+ years of Pricing and Financial Analysis required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
