About the role
- Consults with Territory Managers to evaluate current customer’s business practices
- Make strategic recommendations regarding integration of Patterson technologies
- Develop branch technology sales and installations
- Achieve budgeted sales volume and other established goals
- Actively identify opportunities and sell Patterson Veterinary technology products
- Record accurate sales activity and notes
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with branch managers, territory managers, customers, vendors, and other personnel
- Assist customers with software solution design and business flow
- Recommend improvements and upgrades as appropriate
- Collaborate with PTC to resolve software issues
- Attend company meetings and activities as requested
Requirements
- Excellent presentation skills
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Ability to work and contribute to a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong user knowledge of MS Windows
- Strong working knowledge of at least one veterinary practice management and/or clinical software application
- Knowledge of veterinary industry and general practices
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
