About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and audit automated AI image generations, copy, and video content for visual quality and brand alignment
  • Experiment with image generation models, creative tools, and node-based workflows across diverse product categories
  • Spot-check generated imagery against quality benchmarks and assess data-source assets in model training and generation environments
  • Collaborate on-site with the studio team to understand capture setups and optimize studio photography for high-fidelity content
  • Communicate structured, actionable aesthetic feedback to engineering and technical teams to improve the generative engine
  • Build and document auditing rules that improve the automated generation pipeline
  • Serve as a bridge between creative, studio operations, and engineering teams
  • Test new generative models, content-generation workflows, and R&D tools ahead of full rollouts
  • Report directly to the Director of AI Content and collaborate with creative, studio, engineering, technology, marketing, and Pattern Labs teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong sense of taste and visual judgment from graphic design, photography, marketing, or fine arts background
  • Eager, open-minded approach to AI and generative image tools
  • Familiarity with technical systems for creative production and node-based workflows
  • Ability to translate abstract visual and brand concepts into precise, actionable feedback
  • High energy and comfort with rapidly evolving systems, changing parameters, and uncharted creative work
  • Ability to work on-site in the office, ideally Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays, with periodic studio visits
  • Nice-to-haves: strong visual portfolio; exposure to node-based workflow tools such as Weave/Figma Weave; basic prompting experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, or Midjourney; background or educational training in Graphic Design, Photography, or Commercial Marketing
