What you’ll need

Requires Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Background in strategy development, operating model design, financial analysis, and cross-functional program execution
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
Familiarity with developing integrated operating model strategies and assessing business challenges, needs, and gaps
Understanding data analysis, financial modeling, and performance measurement using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and KPI dashboards
Ability to manage full lifecycle implementations, including planning, execution, and delivery
Background working with senior stakeholders and executives to define strategy, drive alignment, and deliver business outcomes.
