Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic initiatives across the business and for Partner Brands
- Identify growth opportunities and solve complex business problems
- Develop recommendations that drive action
- Analyze customer, market, and business performance data
- Communicate insights through clear presentations
- Partner cross-functionally to drive initiatives from concept through execution
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Leverage AI tools for efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments
- Strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity
- Experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles (preferred)
- Experience in retail and ecommerce businesses (preferred)
- Experience with marketplaces like Amazon or Walmart Marketplace (preferred)
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders (preferred)
- MBA or equivalent experience (preferred)
