About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Using your incredible communication skills to build brand new relationships between Patsnap and potential clients
  • Working closely with an Account Executive, who will mentor and help to develop your sales skills, while you support their activity by creating sales leads and booking their product demonstrations
  • Owning your territory and choosing which companies to call and will have the autonomy to be creative with how you introduce Patsnap to prospects
  • Learning the necessary tools to be able to succeed in the role; what we ask of you is a can-do attitude and an open mind to learning
  • Researching using varied and creative techniques to identify business opportunities (sales leads)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A recent graduate (or early career professional) in Life Sciences or a related field
  • Motivated by earning potential, with a strong drive to succeed in an uncapped commission environment
  • Confident and proactive, comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with new people
  • Resilient and target-driven, with the ability to bounce back and stay motivated in a high-performance sales environment
  • Competitive by nature, with a clear ambition to exceed goals and progress quickly
  • A strong communicator, able to translate complex scientific ideas into clear, compelling value
  • Curious and coachable, eager to learn and continuously improve
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, able to manage your time and pipeline effectively
  • Interested in technology and innovation, and how it drives business and R&D forward
  • A natural problem solver, who enjoys understanding challenges and helping others find solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
