About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, build, and scale new business lines, sales channels, and strategic partnerships
- Work in a data-driven way and measure the success of initiatives
- Take responsibility for implementing core initiatives
- Own the development of go-to-market and expansion strategies
- Identify, win, and develop partnerships in the care sector
- Collaborate with operational teams in day-to-day business
- Independently structure complex projects and prioritize tasks
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership, up to C-level
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, investment banking, VC-backed startups, or scale-ups
- Proven track record in building partnerships or new sales channels, as well as in direct sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders
- Structure complex problems, derive clear hypotheses, and pragmatically translate them into measurable results
- Work data-driven: define relevant KPIs and actively use them to steer and optimize initiatives
- Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level), both written and spoken
- Experience in the healthcare or care market is a plus
