About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, build, and scale new business lines, sales channels, and strategic partnerships
  • Work in a data-driven way and measure the success of initiatives
  • Take responsibility for implementing core initiatives
  • Own the development of go-to-market and expansion strategies
  • Identify, win, and develop partnerships in the care sector
  • Collaborate with operational teams in day-to-day business
  • Independently structure complex projects and prioritize tasks
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership, up to C-level

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, investment banking, VC-backed startups, or scale-ups
  • Proven track record in building partnerships or new sales channels, as well as in direct sales
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders
  • Structure complex problems, derive clear hypotheses, and pragmatically translate them into measurable results
  • Work data-driven: define relevant KPIs and actively use them to steer and optimize initiatives
  • Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level), both written and spoken
  • Experience in the healthcare or care market is a plus
