About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are the first point of contact for our B2C customers and handle incoming inquiries related to onboarding, contract, and technical issues in a structured and solution-oriented manner
  • You ensure consistently high service quality and deliver an empathetic, trust-building customer experience
  • You identify recurring questions, document them in a structured way, and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders to continuously improve our processes
  • You work closely with other teams (e.g., Operations, Sales, and Product) to resolve customer issues quickly and sustainably
  • You take ownership of your service KPIs (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction) and ensure they are met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success or customer service
  • Fluent German at C2 level, both written and spoken, and English at B2 level
  • Proficient with tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace
  • You think solution-oriented and take responsibility for clear, traceable case handling
  • Open attitude toward the use of AI and automation tools to increase efficiency in everyday support
  • You stay in control under high request volumes, set clear priorities, and consistently deliver precise, high-quality solutions
  • Clear, reliable, and empathetic communication — both written and verbal
