About the role
- Phone-based consultation and sales: You speak with interested customers (inbound & outbound), address their needs, and persuasively explain the benefits of the Patronus emergency watch
- Relationship building: You build trust, answer questions clearly, and address fears and expectations
- Closing strength: You convincingly present our product and confidently guide conversations to successful purchase completions
- Transparency & expectation management: You clearly explain the usage and all processes required to activate the Patronus emergency watch, helping to avoid disappointed customer expectations and unnecessary returns
- Documentation & follow-up: You maintain your leads in the CRM system, document conversations, and coordinate callbacks and follow-ups
- Providing feedback: You pass valuable customer feedback to the marketing and product teams to help further develop our offering
Requirements
- You have relevant, multi-year experience (min. 2 years) and demonstrable success in telephone sales (ideally B2C)
- You are passionate about sales and customer support
- You are empathetic, professional, persuasive, and enjoy interacting with people
- You are motivated to achieve your targets and to continuously improve
- You do not let rejections discourage you; you learn from them for the next conversation
- You work reliably and conscientiously
- Your work results and documentation are dependable
- You are a team player who shares experience and contributes actively
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus but not required
- German C2 level in spoken and written communication
