About the role

  • End-to-end responsibility for copy, messaging and conversion performance across all digital touchpoints
  • Conceptualize and create high-converting copy for the website, landing pages, ads, CRM and email campaigns
  • Develop an SEO-optimized content strategy and conduct keyword research
  • Build FAQ, help and educational content
  • Work closely with Design, Product, SEO and Performance Marketing to ensure a consistent brand experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in conversion copywriting or content marketing
  • Excellent command of language and an empathetic user tone (German C2, spoken and written)
  • Holistic SEO understanding: keyword research, search intent, on-page structure and content logic
  • Confident use of tools such as GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sistrix or Screaming Frog
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, Metabase)
  • Experience in digital business models such as SaaS, platforms, apps, e-commerce or B2B/B2C
  • Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Performance and SEO
