About the role
- First point of contact for potential customers (B2C) and provide telephone consultations about Patronus watches
- No cold calling — advisory conversations in response to inbound inquiries
- Daily conversations to capture customer needs for product development
- Document work progress and customer conversations in the CRM system
- Use Google Workspace and Slack for internal communication
Requirements
- Friendly, communicative personality (German C2 level, spoken and written)
- Genuine sales mindset: enjoyment of active selling, ability to spot opportunities, and proactive target pursuit
- Empathetic communication, including in challenging situations
- Results-oriented working style and actively bringing customer feedback into the team
- Initial experience with tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, and a CRM system
