About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver excellent customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients.
Assist customers with airline booking inquiries, managing reservations, cancellations, and changes.
Accurately record customer interactions and information in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent fluency (C1/C2) in Norwegian, both written and spoken is essential.
Minimum B2 level of proficiency in English
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Previous experience in customer support or airline booking is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace new cultural experiences.
