About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Offer outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with food delivery-related inquiries, providing solutions and information promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed service level goals.
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on service offerings and best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum of B2 in English
- Strong dedication to providing top-tier customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the food delivery industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
