Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics services, shipment tracking, and problem resolution.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer communications to facilitate service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and logistics partners to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in training to stay updated on company services and customer service best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Minimum B2 level in English
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for this position.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
