Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Exceptional fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) and a B2 level of English are required.
Strong passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Previous experience in customer care, preferably in the banking or fintech sector, is advantageous.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to relocate to Greece; the company offers relocation assistance.
