About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients.
- Manage customer inquiries about products, orders, and returns with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer conversations to support continuous service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
- Minimum of B2 level in English
- Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in customer service or the fashion/luxury sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
