About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding airline booking inquiries and support.
  • Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and booking details.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and efficient problem-solving.
  • Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations through continuous training.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native-level fluency in Dutch (C1) and strong proficiency in English (B2), spoken and written, is required.
  • Previous experience in customer care, preferably within the airline or travel industry, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece; a fully paid relocation package is provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Motivation to grow within the company and adapt to evolving processes.
