Key responsibilities & impact

Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding airline booking inquiries and support.
Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and booking details.

What you’ll need

Native-level fluency in Dutch (C1) and strong proficiency in English (B2), spoken and written, is required.
Previous experience in customer care, preferably within the airline or travel industry, is advantageous.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate to Greece; a fully paid relocation package is provided.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with professionalism and empathy.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
