Key responsibilities & impact

Guide product team members through complex data landscapes, providing valuable insights that support critical decision-making
Conduct deep-dive analyses of user behavior, app performance, and product features to boost player acquisition, engagement, and retention
Ensure top-tier behavioral data collection by collaborating with analytics developers on tracking implementation and issue resolution
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for real-time monitoring of key conversion metrics
Present insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization
Debug data issues and optimize tracking mechanisms to maintain data integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Critical thinking mindset with proactive approach and high reliability
Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases
Experience creating detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau
Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Snowplow and GA4, plus tracking mechanisms and data layers
Experience with data modeling in Dataform and session replay/autotracking platforms is a bonus
