About the role

  • Own the design of player experience surfaces that directly impact conversion, using AI as your creative engine to ship thoughtful, high-performing designs faster than ever.
  • Lead AI-powered design workflows - Use cutting-edge AI tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, v0) to generate concepts, explore variations, and build interactive prototypes in hours, not days.
  • Design monetisation surfaces that convert - Own purchase flows, offer mechanics, onboarding, and loyalty features where great design directly translates to revenue.
  • Create CRM-connected experiences - Design dynamic UI that supports personalised offers and targeted promotions, balancing commercial goals with player trust.
  • Build rapid prototypes - Use Figma, Framer, and AI-generated code to validate concepts quickly and get feedback from players before engineering investment.
  • Deliver production-ready specs - Create detailed, developer-ready designs with motion, micro-interactions, and multiple states that reduce back-and-forth.
  • Collaborate across functions - Work closely with Product Leads and CRM teams to ensure design actively shapes offer strategy, not just delivers it.

Requirements

  • Strong product design experience with a portfolio showing high-quality UI/UX across complex, multi-state flows, ideally in gaming, social casino, or consumer apps with in-app purchases
  • AI-native design fluency - Hands-on professional experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, v0, Galileo AI) with examples of AI-assisted workflows in practice
  • Expert Figma skills - Components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and developer handoff at a professional level
  • Conversion-focused design experience - You've designed purchase flows, onboarding funnels, or promotional content where performance matters
  • Technical awareness - Can build high-fidelity interactive prototypes and has basic front-end literacy to collaborate effectively with engineers
  • Strong communication skills - Present and defend design decisions clearly to commercial and product leadership in fast-paced environments.
