About the role

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leadership to oversee delivery of multiple complex projects and programs
  • Develop end-to-end delivery plans, track progress against milestones, and manage resources, risks, and dependencies across teams
  • Facilitate priority alignment discussions and coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Provide structured reporting and updates to stakeholders, managing communication with partner teams and executives
  • Drive process improvements and coach delivery teams on project methodologies and best practices
  • Lead implementation of delivery process enhancements and governance frameworks

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager managing complex, cross-functional projects and programs
  • Background in iGaming with deep understanding of the industry landscape
  • Certification in agile delivery methodologies; project management certification (Prince2, PMP) highly valued
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build relationships and communicate persuasively across multicultural teams
  • Risk anticipation strategies
  • Resilient and adaptable approach to shifting priorities and uncertainty
