About the role

  • Lead scalable Java solutions for our gaming platform, mentor teams, and drive technical excellence.
  • Build testable, scalable code independently—from requirements to production deployment.
  • Own services end-to-end, guiding complex features through full lifecycle.
  • Partner with backend, frontend, QA, and product teams for seamless delivery.
  • Mentor on architecture, best practices, and troubleshooting via logs/metrics/alerts.
  • Shape system designs and our tech roadmap.

Requirements

  • Deep Java Core + Spring expertise; proven system design with RDBMS/SQL
  • Tech lead experience guiding projects/teams successfully
  • Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, JSON/JWT/HTTP(s); strong security/debugging skills
  • Good understanding of relevant security best practices
  • Troubleshooting skills (logging, metrics, alerts, monitoring, profiling)
  • Upper-intermediate English for global collaboration
