About the role
- Drive breakthrough product innovation by discovering, validating, and delivering new solutions that expand our portfolio and create exceptional player experiences
- Lead product discovery through player interviews, surveys, and community insights to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
- Own product roadmaps and outcomes, running Kanban delivery with clear WIP limits and flow optimization
- Design and execute experiments, A/B tests, and prototypes using data-driven approaches and responsible gaming guardrails
- Partner closely with UX teams on rapid prototyping and usability testing across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into technical specs and coordinate on architecture and integrations
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, and Support on go-to-market strategies and post-launch optimization
Requirements
- Solid product management background in consumer products, with gaming experience essential and sports industry knowledge preferred
- Proven track record of shipping new products or major features from concept through to scale
- Strong Kanban expertise including WIP limits, cycle time optimization, and cumulative flow management
- Comfort with analytics, experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and cohort analysis
- Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams on APIs, data models, and system integrations
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms like Optimove
