Customer Communication: Communicate with existing and potential customers in person, via email, phone, and other channels to gather information, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in Sales Meetings: Attend sales meetings and training sessions to learn about sales strategies, product knowledge, and best practices.
Shadow Sales Representatives and Account Managers: Accompany sales representatives and account managers both remotely and in person for presentations, and negotiations to observe sales techniques and strategies in action.
Capstone Project: Summarize your time as a PatientPoint intern and present to sales leadership on key learnings and experiences.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
