About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end survey-based research and campaign measurement across assigned clients, including survey development, execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Design, write, and program questionnaires in Qualtrics.
- With guidance, translate campaign objectives into research inputs, including assisting in survey design and KPI tracking.
- Clean and analyze survey data using SPSS, R, or similar data analysis tool; manipulate large datasets using Excel.
- Assist in developing clear, visually compelling reports; present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring visibility into status and next steps.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of tools, trackers, and knowledge systems (e.g., case studies, benchmarks).
- Help document processes, improve workflows, and contribute to team efficiency through operational improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required (Psychology, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Business).
- Proven experience (1+ years) in a similar role, preferably in a role allowing ownership of research projects and calendars.
- Familiarity with survey tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Decipher or similar.
- Experience in using SPSS/Stata, R, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Experience creating presentation or reports to communicate data and insights.
