About the role
- Schedule, organize, and manage logistics for training sessions (live and virtual)
- Maintain the training calendar and assist with LMS enrollments and content organization
- Prepare and distribute learning materials, presentation decks, and session documentation
- Monitor participation, send reminders, and follow up on training completions
- Assist with delivery and coordination of new hire onboarding sessions
- Help welcome and support new hires during onboarding activities
- Track onboarding progress and report challenges or support needs
- Maintain an organized library of job aids, SOPs, and training materials
- Track training attendance and completion data
- Support department-wide training projects and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in training coordination, onboarding, education, or administrative support (including internships)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, and virtual meeting tools
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and positive mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
