About the role

Develop and implement standardized enterprise-level frameworks for Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CDE), and Continuous Deployment (CD)
Lead initiatives to establish and mature the organization's DevOps practices
Provide expertise in DevOps strategies and industry best practices
Serve as the subject matter expert across the DevOps ecosystem
Define and manage source control strategies
Establish and maintain observability and monitoring frameworks using tools such as Datadog
Collaborate closely with software engineering teams
Integrate automated unit, performance, and security testing into pipelines
Architect, develop, and maintain infrastructure to support consistent provisioning and configuration
Analyze and optimize deployment and operational environments
Foster partnerships with internal teams
Champion infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional background will also be considered.
8+ years supporting software development teams in distributed environments.
Deep knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CDE/CD) automation frameworks.
Strong track record of managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
Proven ability to automate deployments for technologies including .NET/.NET Core, Java, Node.js, Angular, React, C#, and database schema packages.
Skilled in scripting with Bash, Python, PowerShell, YAML, JSON, Go, Ruby, or Perl for automation and tooling integration.
Proficient with core DevOps platforms and tools such as GitHub, Terraform, Artifactory, NuGet, NPM, Docker, Ansible/Chef/Puppet, and Jira.
Familiar with administering and troubleshooting Linux-based systems (e.g., RedHat, Ubuntu, Fedora).
