Medical Writer
Patient Access CollaborativeMedical Writer supporting the preparation and submission of AMNOG and JCA dossiers at Kintiga. Providing scientific expertise and collaborating on strategic projects in a hybrid environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute consulting projects with a focus on developing market access and dossier strategies, including preparing related workshops and participating in oral hearings with relevant authorities
- Independently prepare benefit assessment dossiers for pharmaceuticals within the AMNOG process and for EU Health Technology Assessments (HTA) in collaboration with clients
- Perform scientific and statistical analysis, interpretation, gap analysis, and presentation of clinical study results
- Independently review scientific literature and prepare and document qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary, agile teams composed of clients and colleagues
- Apply state-of-the-art, AI-supported technological solutions and New Work methods (e.g., Design Thinking, SCRUM, Kanban)
- Actively contribute to the continuous development of Kintiga
- Receive targeted training and professional development in key market access disciplines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a closely related field
- Ideally, initial professional experience in market access consulting, medical affairs, or a related field
- Native-level proficiency in German and English, with extensive experience writing scientific texts and communicating in both languages
- Knowledge of the German healthcare system, the pharmaceutical market, and the relevant legal framework
- Experience interpreting and presenting scientific and clinical data, and conducting literature research
- Advanced skills in MS Office, CRM, project management, and data tools (preferred); knowledge of LaTeX is an advantage
- Strategic and structured mindset, analytical thinking, numerical literacy, and strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, meticulous, client-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent organizational skills, with experience in both agile and traditional project management
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Occasional availability to travel
- Multilingual communication skills (preferred)
