Key responsibilities & impact

You support e-commerce entrepreneurs daily by phone, email and Zoom with accounting issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.
Identify recurring problems and improve our solutions.
Work closely with the Onboarding Automation team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience using DATEV (required).
Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry.
Independent, structured and process-oriented working style.
Open to feedback, digital ways of working, and remote-first.
Fluent in German and English.
