About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all aspects of an assigned Structured Finance portfolio to meet corporate, SBA, and USDA risk management, profitability, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Maintain current knowledge of clients’ financial condition, management performance, and industry trends, taking timely action to minimize losses
  • Review and process loan advances for pre-development, development, construction, and revolving credit facilities
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely disbursements
  • Conduct ongoing credit assessments and monitor account performance
  • Identify emerging portfolio risks and opportunities by reviewing financial statements, covenant compliance, and production reports
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, manufacturers, and internal partners
  • Oversee problem loans and workout credits, developing action plans with credit and risk teams
  • Coordinate with auditors, regulatory agencies, and SBA/USDA representatives during audits and reviews
  • Prepare and present quarterly and annual portfolio reviews, findings, trends, and risk assessments to credit and executive leadership
  • Structure and underwrite changes to existing deals for management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
