Key responsibilities & impact

Support Pathward’s technologies and recommend improvements
Work with stakeholders to obtain information and data for consistent views of product performance, quality, and operational support functions
Contribute timely work estimates and deliver against them
Assist other IT departments with tasks and troubleshooting
Evaluate new industry software and infrastructure technologies
Ensure application and infrastructure quality through testing and adherence to IT standards and guidelines
Build test data necessary for testing
Ensure applications and infrastructure meet IT security standards
Identify and report technology risks
Understand data associated with supported technologies
Help maintain documented processes, best practices, and standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
Typically 5+ years with bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience supporting applications and/or infrastructure
Ability to perform analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and IT solution support
Knowledge of data associated with supported technologies
Ability to follow IT standards, guidelines, and security standards
