About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Pathward’s technologies and recommend improvements
Work with stakeholders to obtain information and data for consistent views of product performance, quality, and operational support functions
Contribute timely work estimates and deliver against them
Assist other IT departments with tasks and troubleshooting
Evaluate new industry software and infrastructure technologies
Ensure application and infrastructure quality through testing and adherence to IT standards and guidelines
Build test data needed for testing
Ensure applications and infrastructure meet IT-defined security standards
Identify and report technology risks
Understand data within supported technologies
Maintain documented processes, best practices, and standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Perform analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and support of IT solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
Typically 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience supporting and maintaining applications and/or infrastructure
Ability to analyze data against business requirements
Knowledge of application and infrastructure testing
Knowledge of IT standards, guidelines, and security standards
Database administration and IT solution administration knowledge
Troubleshooting and technical support experience
