About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Aligns data, reporting, and technology solutions with Commercial & Consumer Lending business strategy.
Partners closely with Revenue Operations and business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Uses knowledge of business processes, data structure, and reporting systems to identify and solve data-driven problems.
Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization design.
Designs and enhances Power Apps solutions to support business workflows.
Develops Salesforce reports and dashboards, supports stage logic analysis.
Assists in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages.
Supports data governance efforts.
Generates ad hoc reports and performs advanced data analysis.
Identifies opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Typically 3+ years of experience in business analytics, revenue operations, financial reporting, or related analytical role.
Preferred experience includes:
Salesforce reporting and data structure
Power BI dashboard development and DAX
Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps
Financial services, lending, or revenue performance environments
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insight
High attention to detail and data integrity
Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
