Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for ensuring Partner underwritten loans conform with Partner program credit guidelines in a timely manner.
Facilitate the validation of external credit partners ensuring credit risk meets simple credit box standards.
Work with Partner Development Executive to ensure Partners and Clients understand our company's requirements and their responsibilities.
Manage the entire underwriting process through closing and affect a smooth transition to Portfolio.
Manage existing Partner generated loans through their life cycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
Experience in Renewable Energy.
Underwriting background with emphasis on cash flow analysis and project finance.
