About the role
- Responsible for ensuring Partner underwritten loans conform with Partner program credit guidelines in a timely manner.
- Facilitate the validation of external credit partners ensuring credit risk meets simple credit box standards.
- Work with Partner Development Executive to ensure Partners and Clients understand our company's requirements and their responsibilities.
- Manage the entire underwriting process through closing and affect a smooth transition to Portfolio.
- Manage existing Partner generated loans through their life cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
- Experience in Renewable Energy.
- Underwriting background with emphasis on cash flow analysis and project finance.
