About the role
- Manages the development of the prepaid card portfolio for tax clients.
- Assists with product ideation, definition, scope, and requirements documentation.
- Develops, maintains, and delivers product training for clients and support staff.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to processes and documentation.
- Assists with facilitation of all aspects for program implementation and wind downs.
- Effectively resolves prepaid escalations for cardholders and clients.
- Manages and processes fulfillment requests for replacement cards and express orders.
- Contributes in execution of complex, cross functional projects through all project lifecycle phases.
- Participates in meetings and conference calls including product or program launch.
- Communicates program changes to impacted stakeholders and evaluates issues as needed.
- Assists with program configuration setup and program validation testing.
- Ensures on-time delivery of quality products.
- Collects and analyzes data from various sources specific to the product.
- Monitors program performance and provides summary analysis and communications.
- Works with internal MIS team and external data providers to develop and implement necessary product dashboard reporting.
- Completes product research including market share trends and customer value proposition analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- 3+ years related experience.
- Experience with card development, implementation, and delivery.
- Card support for clients preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication.
