About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver 1:1 bi-weekly coaching sessions focused on helping the coachee overcome blockers to learn new skills
- Build trust quickly with working adults in frontline and supervisor roles; help them sustain motivation and build confidence
- Provide real-time verbal feedback through practice roleplays and other interactive activities; create a non-judgemental space for meaningful reflection
- Offer clear, scaffolded explanations of key concepts and skills; check for understanding; provide practice opportunities
- Provide one‑on‑one support to help learners plan, prioritize, meet deadlines, and seek additional support when needed
- Help learners surface relevant real-world opportunities to apply their new skills; co-design incremental steps toward long-term goals
- Document concise coaching notes and send follow‑up actions within 72 hours of sessions
- Track learner progress and trends, sharing insights and escalation needs with the team
- Participate in coaching team meetings and ongoing training to refine practices and contribute to playbooks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in career, executive, workplace, or life coaching with a track record of effective 1:1 support
- Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple learners and meet partner‑level expectations
- Experience providing support such as study strategies, time management, and concept reinforcement
- Previous professional experience in one or more of the following areas: financial services, sales, customer service, management, operations, project management, data analytics
