About the role
- Own annual and quarterly planning for marketing campaigns and events
- Build and manage campaigns end to end, maintaining an editorial calendar that connects marketing activity to business and growth goals
- Collaborate with the Creative Services department to deliver high-quality materials
- Write, design, and create marketing content including LinkedIn posts, case studies, emails, blogs, and presentations
- Publish and produce work independently using HubSpot, WordPress, and presentation tools
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools including presentations/decks, RFP responses, one-pagers, and case studies
- Manage and maintain HubSpot campaigns, workflows, contact lists, and dashboards
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance
- Document marketing processes and best practices to create repeatable systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5-8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within an agency or professional services environment
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and traditional channels
- Proven ability to write, design, and produce marketing materials independently
- Hands-on experience managing and reporting campaigns through HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social platforms
- Track record of supporting sales or business development through marketing initiatives and enablement tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- Familiarity with financial services or other regulated industries is a plus but not required
- HubSpot or Google Analytics certifications preferred.
