About the role

  • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive, omni-channel media strategies aligned to client business objectives and broader marketing goals.
  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across traditional (TV, radio, print, OOH) and digital (paid search, paid social, programmatic, CTV, partnerships) channels.
  • Ensure media strategies are integrated into a cohesive, unified approach that delivers consistent messaging and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Services, Strategy, Creative, and Partnerships to define channel roles, success metrics, and budget allocation.
  • Champion innovative approaches to solve performance challenges and unlock growth opportunities for clients.
  • Own omni-channel media performance with a focus on measurable, data-driven outcomes tied to ROI and business growth.
  • Design and implement performance measurement systems, including goals, KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting expectations.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities across campaigns and channels.
  • Guide teams in continuous testing and learning (creative, audience targeting, channels, landing pages) to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Introduce and evolve tools, platforms, and processes that enhance monitoring, reporting, and optimization.
  • Oversee media budgets, estimates, contracts, and scopes of work to ensure programs are delivered on time and within approved budgets.
  • Partner with Account Services and the Group Director of Channel Marketing to manage vendor relationships and financial controls.
  • Monitor media spend and ensure financial accuracy, including invoice review, reconciliation, and adherence to client approvals.
  • Support forecasting and resource planning related to media initiatives.
  • Present media strategies, performance insights, and recommendations clearly and confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted media advisor to clients, balancing strategic vision with practical execution.
  • Contribute to new business development, including media strategy development and pitch participation.
  • Represent Pathfinders professionally in written, verbal, and in-person engagements.
  • Mentor and develop the Client Engagement team, setting clear expectations and accountability to performance standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define strategic priorities and team goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • 5+ years of paid media experience in a professional services environment preferred
  • Agency experience strongly preferred, particularly in fast-paced, production-heavy or client-service–oriented settings
  • Working experience with marketing tools and systems such as: CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Presentation and design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Figma, Canva)
  • Project management or workflow tools (Kantata/Mavenlink strongly preferred)
